Some ppl were saying this speeding ticket was a opportunity for a marketing exercise ..

While it's nice to have a higher valuation placed against the sp, does it counteract the ASX query ? (ie there WAS a reason for the trading pattern)

Most companies usually claim to be deaf and dumb to price movements ..

I am a newb, are indicative proposals not considered important under continuous disclosure to market ?
