Maintaining my full holding.
My analysis (per historical postings) remains unchanged for now, so haven't been posting.
Inputs into SEA sp very hard to model at the moment, as the market isn't sufficiently bullish enough to pay attention to changes in fundamentals IMO.
From a technical perspective, see the figure below:
The upper trace (green, going into purple) is from one of my wider market models. The rise from January to now is quite steep (take y-axis as value of a representative 50:50 energy:materials portfolio). Isn't it absolutely fascinating how we turned back exactly at the trendline...one might think that some big fish out there staged this...
It is fairly obvious that we needed a breather. Thing is though; will some of the big players try and play on some of the bad data out there for yet another fast-gains rollercoaster ride? Only time will tell.
