OH the bulls, mooooooh.
now, in times like these, you ask, what could the sellers possibly be thinking? What is wrong with the them?
yet the bulls are buying. They of course recall when they paid much more for it, so it must be an even better decision at half the price? right? or is there a fatal flaw? Has their blind optimism hidden the elephant?
As new to this stock, you'll forgive if i miss out any of the good oils. But the best thing IMO is attempt to play devils advocate, and be the pessamist, and if shown incorrect, happily so then. So thats for the bulls to make their case in black and white, in red and black, in bottom lines profit projections forth, VS script capitol/dillution and debt to do so.
I'll just point this out for now, and it may be old news as i'm newish.
1) 25% of COKs resources vanished for the princely sum of 37m. Does that imply value of the remaining resource to be 3x37m??
2) current profitabily ok, on say 50/t margin PCI/t, but tonnage is the problem, and that is 600-800k tpa. based on this and last quaterly. Some how, the 192kt/q this, turned out to be just under 3m plus for the kittie, last q, 7m,
so something maybe like 20m pa gross cash flow. then exploration, and admin wipe that out.
MC falling, abilty to raise capitol? though have 150 debt facility which matures on 28 dec 12, so why bother? it leaves them needed to re-finance it after that?
How much debt, can a 180m mc stock take on, and falling, look to get genuine support, will have instos exiting when it crosses asx indices.
Will it be able to service the debt? when it is treading water with current costs. In times of uncertainty.
Make the case bulls, please.
