Those that are familiar with private companies will know how hard it can be to get financial backing UNLESS you have a VERY VERY good story/product which is overwhelmingly exciting.

If Exergen can get the backing of the companies they have SURELY they would have had a very convincing STORY/PRODUCT?
This is not a micky mouse company and they don't have mickey mouse goals IMO...

Yes, its been a long wait but its also a very very complex business with several parties involved. MNM is in a great position with Exergen. Its a marriage made in heaven IMO,,,I believe the engagement has been a long one but the wedding will be well worth it..

IK is not phased by day to day SP BUT I hope he is planning on delivering us some positive news in the near future so when we do need to raise cash it has as little dilution as possible and done at a higher SP

Time will tell, main thing is we have a very small MC for the assets and we all know the company runs on very little money which is very good news for long term holders.
