G'day Acorn. Re Victoria:-

Energy and Resources Minister Michael O'Brien said the state's moratorium will continue while scientific studies are undertaken and the national plan IS FINALIZED.

Suggests to me that it will be quite a while before we see any drilling in ICN's Gippsland leases. Places even more significance on the outcome from Halifax-1.

Probably on a brighter outlook it will probably mean that ICN won't be spending ANY exploration money for the forseeable future thus DELAYING the need for a CR.
