Maybe STO can do us all a favour and grab both of us, they can chew up both of us and spit us out ANY time that they want (IF they even bother).
Halifax-1 would make some difference and that's how important it is to BOTH BPT and ICN. Gas WITH that GSA would make ICN a different ball game, bet they are all holding their breath.
