Timber, just want to say cheers for the informative posts.
No questions from me, perhaps just a word of caution for management. When making important announcements, please make sure to be honest and accurate, then in the long run, matters of trust will be reduced.
The one decision I disliked in the past was the announcement of production. I bought my initial parcel after that. I also advised my father to take a position. Trust has to be re-earned for me.
