Simple if the institutions are going to hold for the long term why would they want the sp to rise.they nibble away useing a bot and thats what has been happening latley.they can make the sp go up or down when they want.This week has gone from a high of $1.65 down to $1.36 thats not on the price of gold.Have a think about it.
