Nice little inverse head and shoulders pattern here. Price target is $10.50ish if using the measure rule from the neckline to the bottom of the head.
The $10.50-11 area is also an historically important level of support/resistance.
Just a note, the inverse head and shoulders pattern is one of the more reliable patterns (6th best performing of 20 - Bulkowski).
