Tyler my point wasnt positive or negative, I was just saying if you wanted out why not sell in the pre-trial run up for even more profit? Why sell now?? Even if you thought 100% the trial was going to be lost or dragged out, just sell the week before trial and any trading halt or decisions. Got nothing to do with being positive. I was up nearly $100k in 6 weeks or so from buying at the low and unfortunately got greedy and waited for the trial outcome last time instead of being happy with a quick 300% profit. kick myself for it, but im not here for 300%...
