BGA , not sure the performance plan he has will make a difference to the court case outcome , so that info is only usefull to Ryan himself and based on a win . His plan wont save us if this thing goes pear shaped nor will the fact he has signed for 3 or 30 years.

Dont get me wrong case looks good but we all painting it here like its a done deal and that also worries me.

I posted before That It would be good to hear the other side but as soon as Momboose or anyone else says something negative they are cut down so bad they disappear.

Just some good constructive points on how or why we may lose this case so this site doesn't sound like a constant ramp.

Again I am 60 k in and really hope we in but like everything in life if its too good too be true it proberbly is.
