I'm getting tired of hearing about directors confidence. No one should be confident about this, its a gamble in the hands of the courts. If all goes well, directors will be greatly rewarded especially Ryan (through options/benefits) so they don't need to take on any risk and buy now.

I do believe 1c was the bottom now until the trial starts. Well worth the risk for a short term punt. Look back at previous pre-trial run ups, and this trial is even more final than the previous ones.
