Yes, I've seen that article too, but that's a separate issue. That's all about the speed at which different people (namely small punters vs corporates) get price ensitive information, and can submit orders. Agree that there is definitely no level playing field in that respect, but the whole bot/small trades/conspiracy theories have a bit of the hard luck story to them.
