I don't believe that you will see 4c once the Independent tests come back.
Those figures that Ziggy was talking about would also be factoring in future growth opportunities and a premium to gain full control.

Personally once the Independent tests come back I expect to see this hit 2.6c, and then settle back on a comfortable 2c until an update as to what is the next plan forward.

BUT, keep in mind that we are still waiting for ESI to work their magic... and they can only do that properly if they have hard data in their hands.
