What I don't get is the total lack of communications from the board.
It is now 11 months since the partial hold and we've heard nothing of substance re the reasons for the PH nor WTF Ira Shoulson has achieved since joining Prana supposedly to grease the path to lifting the PH.
I believe the complete board of directors and the management have been totally hopeless and should do the right thing and replace themselves with just a few competent managers and deal makers.
