Correct, from dine recollection, Clive Palmer became a significant share holder after the discovery of the Surprise discovery and his accumulation from understanding was done to provide voting support (5%) for JH. In short,met was to beat the move made by Chairman on having wrongfully removed JH from central and extinguished from the board.

Clive Palmer formed part in reinstalling JH including other members onto central board. What could have happened had this succeeded. Instead a deal was done with Clive prior to Clive removing his support to JH. Unfortunately we are now a penny dreadful organisation nearing one cent in valuation.
