I am lead to believe and as per a central stay up and delivery in 2013 that the MD was against the board and the board agains the MD. some say it takes two to tango, but how fortunate is central to have a more cohesive and as a central stated, a rejuvenated team. Just imagine what could have happened had JH been afforded the same. The chairman agains the MD, the MD against the chairman oh dear what a mess it seems to have been.
Now Ol boy, the last SPP attempt made by central was participated by less than 18% of the total central share holders from understanding, what embarrassment this must have been. From understanding this result may have been the worst in central history.
I am also lead to believe that the new lower lows (shar price) is a current central achievement, the rot continues since 2012, facts are facts.
I shall continue to highlight the history for all to understand, from the share consolidation and explaination given and failure to achieve the selling of the lemon, to the stand up deliveries and less than inspired messages aimed at the geopolicptical bowls club to the current share price situation.
It is important that people understand centrals history and the strategic decisions made, from split, to management change, to share price performance to what was said in stand ups to what has actually been achieved or more to the pint, not achieved. This IMHO is important for new prospects and as a lessons learned for the older hands.
