The below sentence of yours is unsubstantiated information and should be removed by HC as is may be damaging to some persons reputation. It may also cause distress to the person viewing your scribbling. I believe the man being referred to has a very good track record through legal representation in detailing the truth as published in a number of highly respected news papers and news sources.
"I suppose he was too busy doing deals in a motel room in Texas"
Please consider postings and try to keep information factual, to state that an individual wa in a hotel room making deals when clearly this is not the case is erroneous at best.
