Whoever or whatever it is - they are playing some games with this stock - still can't figure GSK out - Wouldn't it make sense for them to takeover BTA- court case would vanish - given that if GSK let this court case alone run to conclusion the downside could better $450 million why not clean it all up for $250 million - save $50 - 70$ in royalty payments and get hold of a drug (lani) which would capture a very large% of a $2 - 4 billion market for anti virals?
