I am not hoping that GSK takeover BTA - only saying that if I was the GSK Exec in charge of the case it would be the logical course of action - I also know for a fact that BTA moniter their share register on a daily basis because they also feel that there is a real chance that GSK may see it the same way - the best return of shareholders equity for GSK would be to take out BTA - As for BTA shaeholders it would be a disaster which is exectly why it makes sense for GSK to do it!
