Unfortunately, I can't see it improving in the short term. It hurts when past announcement plans don't pan out for shareholder confidence. Drier plant in transit for months, main plant parts still being constructed somewhere. All while finances are uncertain and all investors get is the word of BSM that it will all be ok.
BSM is boom or bust but not without a low dip IMO. Understandably, some people will jump ship under these circumstances.
