    The vote down of the initial offer at 20c now looks like it is going to backfire in a massive way. The stock is going to flounder for months now at 10c, and everyone has been diluted on top of that. And instead of Mac Bank standing on the toes of CTP they now have the company on the canvas with their foot on it's neck.
