This was expected, but the alternative was take the 20c from MB and allow them to benefit from the "boring annuities", plus more we have not been told about, ie helium, etc, and allow CTP to be delisted from asx, while those in charge continue their employment and well paid positions under MB, ... and this after costing me 50c per share and waiting for 9 years.

No way will I allow this without some sort of a fight , and a pity the authorities are of no assistance to share holders.

A pity our CPSA did not have the benefit of all CTP share holders contributing say $50 per annum to be able to employ our own IE and legal assistance when required.
