Totally agree witg your comments regarding P Mgmt, however, when the scope changes, plans need to be changed therefore initial time frames need to be stretched.
Therein lies GPPs problem IMO regarding timeliness . What is the scope now vs 1,2,3 years ago? How many additional markets have been considered during the course of completing trials?
In a way it's positive that new opportunities have arisen and been pursued, from a ROI perspective of jittery share holders though, I understand the angst and demands for improvement.
If changes to scope due to additional markets etc present new sales opportunities which materialize then I'm pretty sure all will be forgiven for the perceived procrastination.....
Whether it's current share holders or new ones, if and when OHD does take off, there will be some very happy people!
