In these days of litigation training is conducted for the simplest of tasks.
When I was working at Exxon/Mobile plant someone fell of a push bike.
Response was to ban all push bikes until you had passed a one hour course
on how to ride a push bike.
Solicitors are encouraging litigation for companies failing to train on the smallest of
things. Some jobs the paperwork and permit to work can take two hours for a two minute job.
