as i keep stressing - Ohm is not the product imo. Buddy cloud platform is the core product - Ohm is just a data conduit
the core competitive competence isnt in Ohm - however good it is.
so market threats have to compete both at the data conduit and the data capture/analysis/client interface level. not to say that cannot be done - but its much much more complex than just whacking up a different set of meters
thats why i;ve been saying the moat that BUD is building is a lot more defensible than i think people sometimes give it credit for
