If the board are negotiating a better deal, will be umpractical to Inform the market every step of the negotiation. . There is two sides in this "PROPOSED" join venture, each SIDE, are trying to protect their side and I thing the Board have a fair bit of skin in this to just bend over and let anglo do over they want.
My take in all this is to wait and see how things unfold, in the end of the day we all have opiions how the management have to behave and proceed but dealing with day by day nine issues is another manner when you are in the other side of the fence.
Time will be the final judge of all this. Some will be right and others will be wrong.
