i think they probably have, nobody trusts lum and i think that was proved when the announcement was released on tuesday. 18 mil traded and the share ends up pretty much where it started the day, it was a good opportunty for people to get out.
i think lum will only get a rerating when they start showing significant revenue and god forbid.......a profit
