With the benefit of experience and time spent posting on this forum I have learnt a little about who the more astute investors are. Although at times in the past your comments stung because of my personal holdings I am in no doubt that you are no fool and seem to be a wise investor.

Trading can be hard because the personality factor comes into it so much. I think you need a cool head, remain objective and have the ability to quickly admit when you have made a mistake and act accordingly. The need to protect ones ego is often the most dangerous characteristic of a trader. Its great if a person can possess intelligence, achieve success and remain modest. That is what I am trying to develop.
