    Are things much different to when we were sitting on 2.1 and waiting for this announcement
    to what has changed to why we are at 1.4 currently.

    Why didn`t we have the same excitement this time around when it ran to 2.1 with the very same news pending?

    Then sometimes you can answer your own question once you have written it.....perhaps
    we were a bit bitten last time and await confirmation this time around.
