If I were CTP, I would want to shout Hurrah! at feeding gas into NGP. They haven't. This suggests, ahem, production difficulties.
The AEMO Bulletin Board https://www.aemo.com.au/Gas/Gas-Bulletin-Board (thanks OGP) shows no flows as of today, though the 30 day from commissioning blackout may not yet have expired. This must begin showing volumes in a day or two. IPL allegedly began receiving CTP gas 3 Jan, so reporting will begin 3 February.

Anything less than capacity flows will not be well received by Mr Market - particularly as 'no impediments' was announced and there are three gas fields to draw from. IPL will be displeased too.
