If I may, I try and respond to your post.
Were we been informed that Surprise was in need of a pump and that one was installed or not.?
Were we informed that the oil wasn't going all the way to Alice or not.??
Have we been told as to why Surprise was shut down and left there to rot when we had huge pressure, (Or so we have been told), or not.??
Were we been informed that we drilled two wells with Total and Operators and that they were a failure or not.??
All of those issues would very well fall within the meanings of being of a material effect, would they not.?
