    How much are they wanting to charge you?

    Your rights as a shareholder are covered under Section 173 of the Corporations Act (Cth) 2001. Google it for further info.

    You have a right to inspect it for free, or be charged to be sent a copy. It's ridiculous they want to charge for an electronic copy, even though that is within their right.
    They are just being difficult.

    Quote them the section number of the Coroorations Act. Advise them a lawyer has made you aware of your rights under the Act.

    Tell them you will come and inspect it for free if they won't email it to you for no cost.
