The price is being held down due to the expectation of a global market retreat and the affect of this on Bell. I don’t think the SP will move beyond $1.00 until there is some positive news on future market expectations.
Bell’s results should be again strong in the second half of this year so I expect s run up later this year subject a stable market of course.
We are really a hostage to market sentiment unfortunately.
