I think Sayona has a far better chance to win the NAL bid with PLL behind them.
Nothing is certain but i am sure NAL would like to partner with PLL.
It depends how much PLL wants NAL and what they are willing to contribute to the Bid.
Quite exciting and interesting to see how this all pans out.
