Since the PLL announcement, SYA traded 3.9 billion shares. So have to guess what is going on behind the scene. If I were SYA CEO, I will be very happy to let PLL have more of SYA shares or shares in the JV, and PLL CEO shall have the same thought too as it propels PLL to become the key player in North America. However, the current share agreement does kind of just not grand enough. Is it possible that PLL was held back from investing more in SYA by others?
