TCL has been really disappointing in 2020, the only thing saving them is the record low interest rates.
A bad month due to weather or construction is one thing for a single asset, but 2020's 9 months of impact across all assets is a big blow.
I think COVID might have caused a structural change that has broken their business model that relies on commuter baseload traffic demand.
