Share Placement usually takes the avg of 1-3 months' share range as the price point. We will see how long current share range (70-85c) will last. I believe by mid March, the "story" will be unfolded.
As what the share palcement for? I think, beside the Ansteel factor metioned before, the GBG itself maybe the one, too. Remember, GBG still have to come up with 2 payments for their part in 534M funding, which the first payment will be due in the middle of the year. I bet GBG will have to issue new shares to raise the fund for its part of the payments (maybe 2-3 months ahead of the deadline).
Hold onto the GBG share. It's getting towards the end of the dark tunnel.
