one more thing I forgot to say, the current share structure for Chinese (Ansteel) is not going to last. Especially, if GBG has difficulty to come up with their share of finance for the project. Under the agreement, Ansteel will fulfil such shortage of fund. Therefore, I think we will see the Chinese wants a tighter control over the "holdings" by rasing the share %.
Also in another scenario, a third party with consensus of Ansteel (in public or private) may come into the play. There is another Chinese steelmaker maybe interested in play a role in the GBG investment (only in equity interest).
