Small cap out of favor right now, nobody want it.

But 5 years down the track, we might ask ourself, why we don't buy them in 2008?

It is incredible, a lot of small cap with growth potential traded at single PE.

But a bunch of them now, some of them could be 10 baggers, and some might be out of business completely.
