Any basis for such speculation? NTU have just completed a refinancing of the Browns Range RE project with an offtake and funding of up to $73m from ILU and a SPP @ 4cps that raised $3.66m, which supposedly will suffice to take them beyond DFS, FID and commencement of construction.
Anyway, how does a rising SP without pumping from management indicate an upcoming capital raise? Wouldn't you expect insiders to be dumping and driving down the price? My guess is that is just a post santa/silly season rally driven by idle punters (like me) with too much time on our hands!
