The pilot plant was producing a Rare Earth Carbonate. And mind you, at a loss, hence the talk to step back to just a concentrate.
What NTU were able to show was how easy it was to keep attracting gullible investors to pay for its loss making venture, lining their pockets whilst sinking the share price.
A little spin sure sucked em in!
