    I think so too. Am wondering whether the vote is skinny/tight and the offer might be sweetened to get this done. Conjecture only but why else would someone be buying at the bid price on market?....there's no upside...only the potential for large downside should the bid be pulled.....unless there's something more coming? Interesting
