We won't see a substantial increase until there is a long term stabilisation plan in place, ie another 3 month extension will not achieve this. We need an extension/refinance at least 12 months or more. Plus need to know what terms a potential D2E would be on.

Until the big players take a substantial position, it is only left to traders which brings volatility.

The real money will be made if/when dividends are reinstated (at a guess - financial year ending June 2010!)
