Uranium spin off. Is their a change of heart?

I ask this question after reading the THX annual report released this week, where in Philip Crabb made the following statement : (quote)

"A considerable effort was expended in either pegging or acquiring outright or joint venturing a number of uranium prospective tenements in the Northern
Territory, Western Australia [and other states].

During this coming year, consideration will be given to the possible spin out of these assets into a new company, subject to shareholder approval and
prevailing market conditions. Shareholders should be aware that additional funds will be required to carry out aggressive but focused exploration on these highly prospective areas.

The expected positive cash flow from the proposed mining of the "Copernicus" open cut by our joint venture partner, Sally Malay will be a factor in this
    decision." (Unquote.)

How do other HC members view this statement?

I have formed the view that the spin off is not set in concrete. Is that the reason we have had a firming of the share price this past week.

Crabb mentioning the revenue from Copernicus to fund the uranium exploration is in my opinion a very good move as this will give THX two or three irons
    in the fire, (projects)

Only one of these has to be successful to run the shares past a dollar. The Uranium if kept in THX will be the front runner.
