sp not good,which ever way you cut it.It seems to me that if there is so much to look forward to in the nest 2 years ( with supposed contracts alreday signed ) one would think this stock should already be in the high 20s instead its going nowhere.
Secondly if it does have a run to the 20s all that will happen is another retrace to its present.History seems to be repeating itself
