I've written to the SP3 management today regarding PAC. Market cap now down to $6M with annual revenue run rate approaching $5M, close to being cash flow positive and they can't or aren't willing to find one buyer. I'm hoping that they terminate the mandate with PAC ASAP. I certainly wouldn't be issuing any options to them. They have been absolutely useless to SP3 shareholders IMO.
I'm off overseas for six weeks. Hopefully PAC has well and truly been shown the door by the time I get back.
