Great product, positive results, saves lives (not a hard sell), huge domestic market, recurring revenue, invaluable media coverage, government funded... Everything is right there, it's a no-brainer.
Yet, with all of these tailwinds, management is simply unable to run a profitable business. The company should be taken private and fixed. It needs a leader whose livelihood depends on its profit. In six months, it'd be worth 5-10x its current share price. So much potential is just being squandered.
