I have a fair few shares myself and are holding on to them.
whilst i don't believe it's management team is the best in the world i do know ab has a lot of contacts and with a bit of luck they are about to turn around, someone else posted they are not still issuing script so that's a good indication that something has changed.
it may just pay you to hold for a bit longer.
don't forget ab bought 10mill shares @.01 and he wouldn't have done that unless things were moving forward.
