    trying to work out the silence in announcements is bothering as I only come up with the theory as to who gains from the price staying at the low level. all i see management gaining and if they are getting options under the executive option plan. The current options they have have exercise prices of 4c and 2.5c and 2.8c. Now if they manage to be able to exercise these great, we all win, but the new issue will be at something much lower.

    Until this happens, i dont think we'll get much news
